Cognitive Robotic Systems apart from practical engineering challenges are also excellent platforms for experimenting with situated and embodied cognitive theories and models, posing interesting and hard challenges to theoretical and fundamental cognition issues. Authors are invited to submit original scientific results to different computer science and engineering problems in this field. The topics are included but not limited to:

• Robot planning and reasoning methods
• Learning and developmental approaches,
• Symbolic and linguistic robot communication
• Neural networks and evolutionary-based methods
• Swarm intelligence-based methods
• Computational perception with emphasis on computer vision techniques
• HRI systems and humanoid robots.
